Genie Healthcare is currently seeking an experienced RN _(Registered Nurse_) to fill an opening located in Atlantic City, NJ for $77.28 Hourly Blended
* 13 weeks
* 12hours
* 7 AM-7 PM
* 36 hrs wk= $2782gross/wk

Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Operating Room team. As a Registered Nurse in the Operating Room, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care during surgical procedures. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and make a difference in the lives of our patients.

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care before, during, and after surgical procedures
- Assist the surgical team in preparing the operating room for procedures
- Monitor patients' vital signs and ensure their safety throughout the surgery
- Administer medications and anesthesia as directed by the surgeon
- Assist with positioning and draping of patients
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Document patient information accurately and maintain medical records
- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a clean and sterile environment

Experience:
To be successful in this role, you should have:

- REQUIRED to be a 3 or 4 in scrubbing for neuro + ortho..
- Level 2 trauma center, will need experience with trauma patients…
Required

-Experience- scrub and circulate, neuro, orthopedics, general and robotic surgeries...
- Ability to perform basic life support techniques in emergency situations

Requirements:
- Valid Registered Nurse license in NJ
- BLS ,ACLS and PALS, or NRP Required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be proficient Cerner charting system…
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
