Responsibilities
- Estate planning; elder care coordination, Medicaid qualification, asset protection planning, guardianships, trust and estate administration
- Assist senior attorneys with case management
- Stay current on changes in legislation and regulations affecting the practice areas

Skills
- Experience in elder law is a plus
- Strong legal drafting skills and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
