Position Summary



Are you an experienced, passionate pioneer in technology who wants to work in a collaborative environment? As an experienced Oracle Global Order Promising (GOP) Manager you will have the ability to share new ideas and collaborate on projects as a consultant without the extensive demands of travel. Work you’ll do/Responsibilities 
Design and architect scalable solutions using the Oracle Cloud platformActively participate in functional design alongside other functional teams and business stakeholdersDevelop detailed functional specificationsIdentify risks, confirm their validity, and devise strategies to mitigate themClearly translate and communicate business requirements to the business using story-based narratives, and present strategies and recommendations to executivesCommunicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management
Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes
The Team 
The Oracle Enterprise Solutions offering provides services from ERP and Cloud strategy, through Business Transformation and Applications Implementation, to Operate and Cloud Release Management. We modernize our client’s business and core environments to leverage technology innovations around Cloud, Digital, Mobility and Social Collaboration. We help our clients address digital transformation by designing modern applications and industry specific solutions to deliver outcomes that improve flexibility, scalability, and cost management. Oracle ERP products include Oracle Cloud SaaS, EBS, PeopleSoft, and JD Edwards. 
Qualifications
Required
Minimum of 8 years of experience working with Oracle Global Order Promising (GOM)Experience in Oracle Cloud SCM implementations specializing in Order Management and Global Order PromisingExperience working as a Cloud Functional Lead on multiple global implementations.Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experienceLimited immigration sponsorship may be available.Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Live near or willing to relocate to Austin, TX. Relocation assistance is available.
Preferred
Experience in supply and demand consolidation and customer order fulfillmentAnalytical/ Decision Making ResponsibilitiesAnalytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work productsCan operate independently or with minimum supervisionExcellent Written and Communication SkillsAbility to deliver technical demonstrations
