Job Posting Summary Baptist Health is looking to add a Registered Nurse in Cardiac Outpatient Services to our Heart Center at Baptist Jacksonville in Jacksonville, FL. This is a Full-Time, Day shift opportunity working Monday through Friday 4 shift a week. Two 8-hour shifts and two 2-hour shifts. The department hours are 5:30am to 7:00pm. This Cardiac Outpatient Services RN is responsible for assessing Heart Center patient, including evaluating, continuous monitoring, interpreting, communicating and recording patient conditions. As a Cardiac Outpatient Services RN, you will be responsible for: * RN coordinates with physician's office, other RNs, laboratory, dietary, x-ray, pharmacy and other areas of hospital * Perform TEEs, cardioversions, Tilt Table tests. * Including patients and significant others (SO)/families in developing an individualized plan of care This Cardiac Outpatient Services RN will be at the Heart Center, located in Jacksonville, FL.
