This organization takes immense pride in delivering exceptional, safe patient care and offers an extensive array of specialized services. These include a state-of-the-art surgical OR, a fully-equipped emergency services ER, top-tier cardiology care, comprehensive women's services OB, and advanced orthopedics. This hospital holds accreditation from the Joint Commission, a testament to its outstanding performance in ensuring patient safety.
As the Nurse Manager Surgical Services, you will take on a pivotal role, supporting the development and implementation of strategic plans to enhance patient care, improve clinical outcomes, and achieve departmental goals. You will serve as an invaluable resource for clinical excellence, guiding and educating your team. You will collaborate with staff and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and organizational policies. Your role will be supported by a dedicated team of Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, Registered Nurses, and committed staff.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A current RN license or ability to obtain upon hire
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills
- Experience working in Surgical Services
