Boston Behavior Learning Centers (BBLC) is an organization striving to provide quality educational and clinical services for children (up to 6 years old) with Autism Spectrum Disorders using a proven, evidence based, instructional methodology: Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

BBLC is seeking a _ Full-Time _ Board Certified Behavior Analyst to complement our close-knit team of ABA Professionals to oversee behavior intervention services. Ideal candidate will have DAYTIME availability (830am to 330pm Monday to Friday), to serve clients within our CENTER-BASED program located in _ East Providence. _

This is a great time to join BBLC We are growing and expanding our services across Massachusetts and Rhode Island.

Salary: Up to $80,000.00 per year (based on experience)

In order to deliver our desired high standard of ABA care, we provide our BCBA's with a variety of supports. These include:
Reasonable caseload sizes to maximize quality of services provided
Mentorship and support from experienced Clinical Directors
Monthly clinical meetings with Clinical Directors and other center BCBAs
Annual Professional Development/CEU Stipend

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Our BCBAs provide comprehensive support for a variety of skills including communication, social, and daily living. Primarily this is achieved through programming tailored to individual client needs and run by RBTs as directed and supported by the BCBA. The essential job functions of this position include:
Conducting initial assessments and functional assessments
Developing individualized treatment plans and behavior support plans
Creating individualized programming to correspond with treatment plan
Continuous evaluation of client progress and using results to adjust programming as needed
Providing support and supervision for RBTs conducting sessions
Communicating with families to provide guidance, support, and training

REQUIREMENTS:
Master's degree
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
RI Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst (LABA)
Access to electronic device for communication and internet access

RESPONSIBILITIES :
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and clients with Autism Spectrum disorders.
Conduct assessments to inform treatment planning and program development
Design treatment plans, instructional programming and behavior intervention plans
Deliver effective supervision to RBTs and foster independence with clients across areas such as language skills, social skills and activities of daily living
Provide parent and caregiver training to foster the carryover of skills and address goals effectively
Proactively communicate and collaborate effectively with RBTs, families, and other providers such as speech therapists and occupational therapists to support the needs of the client.
Ability to use technology to assess data and design programs
Participate in peer review meetings and discussions
Additional related duties as assigned
