Compensation:

Overnight shifts pay time and a half (starting at $30/hr.)

Overtime pay: Time and a half
Winter Season Annual Increase: up to 4%
Hourly Base Rate Starting @ $20.00 (any non-overnight transfer shifts will be compensated at this base rate)

Signing Bonus: up to $300
Quarterly Bonuses: up to 10% of total earnings based on performance
Additional commission and bonus opportunities available:
Bonuses for positive guest reviews
Commission on Breckenridge Ski & Sport referrals
Base pay is evaluated annually, with raises up to 4% each year. With Peak 1 Express, you control your own destiny. The more work you pick up, the more you will earn. Providing top notch customer service will translate to better tips, more positive reviews, and higher bonuses.

About the Guest Service Driver: Overnight Transfers Position

JOB DUTIES
Be punctual and have exceptional time management skills
Perform pre-trip inspection of your vehicle
Read and understand your trip manifests
Map out your routes prior to departure
Be comfortable finding the pick-up points of guests
Maintain contact with dispatchers and communicate if you have fallen behind schedule
Report traffic concerns you witness for our other drivers
Return vehicles to home office promptly after final guest stop
Thoroughly clean inside and out and return keys and manifest to office
Participate in transfer drives where they will assist a DIA driver with their pick-ups
Maintain a record of duty log that will live in the home office
REQUIREMENTS
Drivers must possess a valid driver's license and have no traffic violations on their Motor Vehicle Record within the last 3 years
At least 21 years of age
Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
Must be able to pass a DOT (Department of Transportation) Physical Exam - you will be reimbursed upon the completion of the season.
