Pediatric Therapy, Inc. is a company that provides comprehensive rehabilitation services for children from 0 to 21 years old. We offer physical therapy, occupational therapy, feeding therapy, speech-language pathology, and telehealth therapy services. We have two outpatient clinics in Lubbock and Paris, Texas, as well as a home health division. We use a medical-scientific model and evidence-based research to guide the treatment programs for each client.

As a speech language pathologist, you will be responsible for:
Evaluating and diagnosing speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in children and adults
Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on the client's needs and goals
Providing therapy sessions in the clinic, home, or school settings using appropriate modalities and techniques
Collaborating with other professionals, such as physicians, psychologists, teachers, and parents, to ensure optimal care and outcomes
Documenting and reporting the client's progress, outcomes, and billing information
Maintaining professional standards and ethical practices
Participating in continuing education and professional development activities

To be eligible for this position, you must have:
A master's degree in speech-language pathology from an accredited program
A current license to practice speech-language pathology in Texas
A certificate of clinical competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) or be eligible to obtain it within a year of employment
Experience working with pediatric and/or adult populations with various communication and swallowing disorders
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
