Quality Technician

Do you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for ensuring quality?

We are seeking a highly motivated Quality Technician to join a company located in Pontiac, MI.

Pay rate: $18-20/hr.

Hours: 6am-2:30pm Mon-Fri, possibly some Saturdays.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct inspections of raw materials, finished goods, and in-process inventory to identify and address any quality issues.

  • Perform a variety of quality control tests using specialized equipment and following established procedures.

  • Document inspection and test results in a clear, concise, and accurate manner.

  • Analyze data to identify trends and potential areas for quality improvement.

  • Participate in the development and implementation of new quality control procedures.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality control records.

  • Calibrate and maintain testing equipment according to manufacturer's specifications.

  • Work effectively with production and engineering teams to identify and resolve quality issues.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a quality control

  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
