Volt is immediately hiring a Shipping Office Staff in FREMONT, California 94538.


As a Shipping Office Staff - you will be.

JOB TITLE: Shipping Office Staff

As an Office Clerk for Shipping Department, you will:
Process RMA, RTV, PGI and Sales, return shipments
Process international and domestic LTL and FTL materials
Utilize FedEx, UPS, DHL and XPO for creating shipments
Ensure all international paperwork is completed
Communicate with all carriers
Activate and track GPS devices
Prepare pull lists

The ideal candidate will have:
Ability to stand and walk throughout the warehouse, cement floor for long periods of time
Ability to stand, stoop and perform repetitive tasks
Proficient with MS Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
Ability to learn new tasks quickly

Location: FREMONT, California 94538
Duration: 6 months contract
Pay: $21.50/hr. W2.
Shift : 1st
