Candidate must be flexible and available for hours Monday through Friday 730AM-4PM on as needed basis.

Provides new employee health assessments continued maintenance and monitoring of health throughout an employees tenure with SRMC, and workers compensation coordinator, including follow-up to employees injured on the job.

Reports to: Market Director of People Services


Minimum Education
Associates or Bachelor's degree in Nursing or RN Diploma - RequiredDragEditDeleteMinimum Education

Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.DragEditDeleteRequired Skills

BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC) - Required to be current upon hire.DragEditDeleteRequired Skills

Three years RN experience in a clinical setting. - Required
One year experience in Employee Health/Worker's Compensation - Preferred
