We are seeking a Assistant Director of Nursing to oversee our nursing staff and ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Medicare patients and be able to lead a team of nurses to provide exceptional care. Duties: Oversee and manage the nursing staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating performance- Develop and implement policies and procedures for nursing services- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations related to nursing services- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop patient care plans- Monitor patient outcomes and adjust care plans as needed- Manage budgets for nursing services
