At Spring Hill Recovery, we individualize patients' treatment to meet their needs. Staff at Spring Hill work collaboratively to ensure a positive experience. Spring Hill is a supportive environment offering teamwork, trainings and CEU's for licensing.

Job Summary: Responsibilities of clinicians are to provide group and individual therapy, carry a case load and adhere to documentation requirements. Practice of evidence-based modalities including but not limited to CBT, MI, solution-focused and multiple alternative options to work towards recovery and sustaining long term recovery. Spring Hill is a unique outdoor campus offering a holistic approach to treatment on 7 acres patients and staff enjoy the indoors and outdoors amenities for groups, activities.
Responsibilities:
Adhere to the required HIPPA and documentation requirements as identified by payor network, state and federal regulatory agencies.
Report directly to the Clinical Supervisor and be part of a multidisciplinary team.
Complete all required documentation accurately and in a timely manner in accordance to regulations.
Perform other clinical duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Masters Degree in Counseling or related field or LADC 2
2+ years of experience preferred
