Dynamic Home Healthcare in Assisted Living Setting

Join our team at RehabVisions as a Physical Therapist, delivering impactful rehab services in a home healthcare setting within assisted living facilities. This _ PRN to part-time role _ offers the flexibility of two days per week in the Lincoln, NE area , with the option for full-time engagement, including our Omaha location.

Responsibilities:

_Comprehensive Patient Care_

As a Physical Therapist with RehabVisions, you will assess and treat patients with expertise on a PRN to part-time basis. Your role includes meticulous documentation, collaboration in developing innovative programs, effective communication with patients, families, physicians, and staff, knowledge-sharing through in-service presentations, and contributing to seamless departmental operations.

Qualifications and Benefits:

To excel in this role, you should possess a Master's (M.A., M.S.) or Doctorate (DPT) in Physical Therapy, graduation from a certified physical therapy program, and eligibility for state licensure.
