Are you a passionate and dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant – Home Health seeking a flexible work schedule and the chance to make a real difference in the lives of others? BayCare HomeCare is seeing a skilled Home Health Field Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service to our Community.   • Facility: BayCare HomeCare 
  • Location: Dunedin, FL 
  • Status: Full Time 
  • Shift Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM 
  • Weekend Work: Every 3rd 
  • On Call: No 
  • Home visits in assigned service area: Dunedin, Palm Harbor, Tarpon Springs, Oldsmar, and surrounding areas 

The Home Health Field, Physical Therapist Assistant provides hands-on care in the home for a group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards and protocols. Responsibilities include: 

  • Assist Physical Therapists with the administration of interventions utilized in physical therapy and rehabilitation. May progress patients in the treatment plan developed by the physical therapist. 

Home Health Physical Therapist Requirements: 

  • Associates Degree Physical Therapy 

  • Physical Therapist Assistant State of Florida License 

  • 2 Years Physical Therapist Assistant experience 

  • Basic Life Support 

  • Driver's License (Florida driver's license is required within 30 days of hire)
