Ideal candidates should have: - A valid Massachusetts Physical Therapy license. - Strong clinical evaluation skills and proficiency in communication and problem-solving. - Experience in inpatient acute care, particularly with complex patient presentations. - Knowledge or experience in vestibular care and/or ICU/critical care settings is highly desirable. - Interest or experience in clinical education as a clinical instructor. - A commitment to ongoing clinical and professional development. Our Inpatient Physical Therapists rotate through various specialty areas, including Cardiopulmonary, Neurology, Medicine, Surgery, Orthopedics, Pediatrics, Transplant, and Oncology. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver high-quality physical therapy services to patients with diverse needs. - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. - Participate in ongoing clinical practice and professional development as guided by our Clinical Specialists and Clinical Directors. - Engage in regular Physical Therapy case conferences. - Contribute to community outreach activities and student Physical Therapy programs.
