Overview:
We are seeking a Licensed Social Worker to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals through counseling and support services.

Duties:
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions
- Develop treatment plans based on clinical experience and knowledge
- Provide crisis intervention and management
- Offer addiction counseling and support services
- Supervise and mentor social work interns
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Assist in workforce development and training programs
- Address issues and provide support for families
- Manage cases involving behavioral health concerns
Requirements:
- college degree in Social Work or related field
- Active state licensure as a Licensed Social Worker
- Experience in crisis management and intervention
- Proficiency in Medicare regulations and documentation
- Strong background in addiction counseling
- Ability to supervise, mentor, and train social work professionals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
