Financial Call Center Representative

Description:
-Contractor will assist with servicing clients by responding to inquiries about the bank's products and services.
-Communicates with retirees regarding products and services.
-Answers inbound calls from customers
-Primary objective to support increased needs during tax season
Qualifications:
1+ years of call center experience within a financial institution
Nice to Have:
Highly preferred: Spanish speaking candidates would be helpful.
Hours:
Remotely M-F. Work hours: The call center is open 7 am to 6 pm CT. Schedules will be 8 hours and determined once onboarded and vary based on business need. Contractors can live/work anywhere allowed by Northern in the United States.
