Position: Permanent NP/PA - Pediatric Primary Care
Location: Long Branch, New Jersey

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive healthcare services to pediatric patients, from infancy through adolescence.
Conduct thorough assessments, including physical exams and developmental screenings.
Develop and implement individualized care plans that focus on preventive health and chronic disease management.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and effective care for patients and their families.
Educate patients and caregivers on health maintenance, wellness, and disease prevention.
Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in accordance with healthcare regulations.
Participate in community outreach and health education initiatives focused on pediatric health.

Qualifications:
NP or PA degree with relevant licensure in New Jersey.
Board certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, with a specialty in pediatrics preferred.
Strong clinical skills with a focus on family-centered care.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team-based care model.
