The organizations serves several different industries focusing in polymer based plastic products. The organization is currently growing due to landing some large production projects that are starting to gain traction and we are seeking a key individual to manage the team and processes.
Description
The Production Manager will be responsible for:
- Managing the Production floor
- Overseeing and managing several direct reports
- Ensure production is on time and inline with budget
- Work cross functionally through the organization
Profile
The successful Production Manager will have what follows:
- 8+ years if production or manufacturing management experience
- BS in engineering discipline
- Demonstrated understand of lean manufacturing
- Leadership skills
- Plastics background would be preferred
