Your day.

As an Advanced Practice Provider in Family Medicine. You'll be a part of providing top-notch care and patient experience. Throughout the day you'll collaborate with several Medical Assistants, and PSRs.

  • You would practice at Green Valley Ranch in Denver, CO

  • Your hours will be Mon-Friday 7am-5pm

  • Shared Practice Phone Call

  • Candidates with five (5) years plus experience in a continuity setting as a provider, required.

  • Continuity clinic, with the ability to see acute patients

  • Ability to work extended hours, and weekends if needed

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.

$43.16 - $79.15
