Description: EPC is a diverse and dynamic team of professionals dedicated to improving the lives of individuals with autism. Behavior technicians are responsible for;
* Providing direct 1:1 services by implementing the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis
* Implementing skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs, as written by the BCBA
* Collecting and graphing data using an online data collection system [CentralReach]
* Completing the necessary requirements to become a Registered Behavior Technician, within 90 days of active employment.
* Participating and completing the recommended training opportunities, both in-person and virtually with our Training Coordinator [compensated at a training rate]
* Using positive reinforcement techniques to encourage skill development and reduce challenging behaviors.

Requirements:Qualifications
* Experience working with children, particularly those with special needs or developmental disabilities.
* Understanding of autism spectrum disorders and related challenges.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on the lives of children with special needs.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 9 – 16 per week

Experience:
* Childcare: 1 year (Required)
