As a delivery helper you will be responsible for providing a positive experience by delivering packages to the customer’s door and/or safe delivery location. It is imperative that you read the customer’s notes and follow them so that we can maintain Amazon’s policy of customer obsession. You’ll be riding in a safe, comfortable vehicle while using the latest technology to locate and deliver Amazon packages for MTS Logistics Express, LLC (MTSL).

The shift begins as early as 10:00 AM and goes as late as 8:30PM, all candidates must be able to work at lease one weekend day and up to 10.5-hour shifts. Full-time and part time opportunities are available. You may opt out of Lunch by signing a waiver as the state laws have changed.

*Delivery Helper*

*Description & Requirements:*
* Must be at least 18 years old
* Must be able to pass background check and drug test
* Must be able to move boxes up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
* Must be able to help team lift packages weighing 100 pounds
* Must be Punctual
* Must be available to work at least one weekend day
* Available Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday for the first 3 months of being hired
* Must be okay with continuing to work when it gets dark outside
* Expect to deliver 350-700 packages per day alongside your Delivery Associate.

*Duties and Responsibilities*
* Safely enter and exit the delivery vehicle
* Use a hand-held device for customer delivery information and to scan/deliver.
* Must be comfortable working in varying weather conditions
* Load and unload packages to be delivered
* Be *CUSTOMER OBSESSED* We strive to deliver packages and smiles to our customers.

*Paid: Weekly (Every Friday via direct deposit)*

*Expected hours:*
* Full Time Employees can expect to work 3-5 days per week and 8-10 hours per day.
* Part Time Employees can expect to work 1-3 days per week and 8-10.5 hours per day.

*Advancements*

Once eligible, Driver Helpers can be promoted to a Delivery associate (MUST BE 21+ with valid driver’s license) earning $20.25 an hour and a Non-CDL C License at $21.25 + route efficiency bonus distributed weekly as well.
