Registered Nurse

The PACT registered nurse is a member of the multidisciplinary team responsible for conducting psychiatric assessments; assessing physical health needs; making appropriate referrals to community physicians; providing management and administration of medication in conjunction with the nurse practitioner/psychiatrist; providing a range of treatment, rehabilitation, and support services; and sharing shift-management responsibility with other staff. Embraces and ensures Washington State PACT fidelity standards are met. A critical attribute required of this position is exceptional interpersonal customer services consisting of an outgoing positive attitude, warm friendly joyful demeanor, and the utmost care and reverence for our guests, patients, families, customers and colleagues.
There are (2) positions available. Both day shifts, one Mon-Fri and one Wed-Sat. Rotating shifts is a possibility.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Registered Nurse with associate, bachelors or master's degree in nursing required
- One (1) year experience in mental health evaluation, treatment, and rehabilitation preferred
- Experience with co-occurring disorders and/or home health preferred
- Licensed as a RN in Washington State required
- Current CPR required
- Must have understanding of the characteristics and problems of adults with severe mental illnesses and knowledge of the PACT model
- Must have a valid Washington State Driver License with personal transportation and auto insurance
- Evidence of support and fundamental belief in National Consensus Statement on Mental Health Recovery
Salary Range: $32.18 - $41.99
Sign on bonus (pro-rated for part time positions:
- $10,000 for new graduates
- $15,000 for 1-3 years of experience
- $25,000 for 3+ years of experience
