*Job Summary*
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various healthcare settings and possess a passion for providing high-quality patient care.

*Responsibilities*
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
- Monitor and assess patients' conditions, reporting changes to the healthcare team
- Provide direct patient care in various settings such as home community care, acute pain management, long term care, and hospice care
- Perform IV insertions and manage IV therapy
- Assist with occupational health assessments and screenings
- Utilize Epic electronic health record system for documentation
- Support patients and families through education and emotional support
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care

*Experience*
- Must have a valid LPN license in the state of practice
- Previous experience in home community care, aliment, acute pain management, pediatric care, travel nursing, long term care, hospice care, occupational health preferred
- Proficiency in IV insertion techniques
- Familiarity with Epic or similar electronic health record systems is a plus
