* Full-time, 40-hours/week, Evening Shift, 2:45 PM to 11:15 PM, with some holiday and weekend requirements

*Job Responsibilities:*
* *Medication Administration*: Carry out and verify medication orders, noting changes in residents' conditions and reporting to MD as appropriate.
* *Resident Care:* Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, toileting, and transferring, promoting their independence and dignity.
* *Clinical Leadership:* Utilize effective communication and leadership skills to ensure high-quality care.
* *Observation & Documentation:* Maintain thorough electronic medical records, ensuring accurate documentation of resident care and observations.
* *Physical Requirements:* Ability to stand/walk for most of the shift and perform tasks such as pushing, pulling, lifting, and transferring residents.
*Qualifications:*
* *Licensure:* Current New York State licensure as a Registered Nurse.
* *Experience:* Previous experience in a long-term care setting and leadership roles is preferred.
* *Skills: *CPR certified, effective communication, good organization, and hands-on care skills. Proficient with electronic medical records.
* *Teamwork:* A strong desire to work as part of a team, providing compassionate care to older adult residents.
