*Staff Nurse Qualifications* : Valid LPN license from the state of Illinois required. Minimum 5 years clinical experience. Excellent computer and phone skills, with experience in utilizing an electronic health record (we are on Allscripts Pro).

Salary and benefits are competitive with office based employment and a generous 401k plan is in place. We offer health, vision, dental, and life insurance. Paid time off and paid holidays are also included.
