Shift/Hours: Nights, 7p-7:30a, 12x3, 36hrs per week

Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year experience required
  • BLS
  • RPSGT required
  • Baseline Sleep Polysomnography, Seizure Study study type required
  • ResMed, Respironics equipment required
  • Full Face, Nasal Mask, Nasal Pillow mask fitting required
  • Cardiac abnormalities, ECG, EEG, O2 Saturation, Periodic Limb Movement (PLM), PSG, Respiratory Inductance Plethysmography (RIP) monitoring skills required
  • Arousal, Cheyne-Stokes, Complex Sleep Apnea, Hypopnea, Periodic Breathing, PSG scoring, Respiratory Events, Sleep Stages, Transient arousals Staging & Scoring Skills/Experience required
  • ASV, BiPAP, CPAP, Oxygen, VPAP Titration Skills/Experience required
  • Infection control, Patient education Professional Skills & Knowledge required
  • Hospital & Independent Lab experience preferred
  • Excellian & Compumedics experience preferred

*12 WEEK CONTRACT*Position / Specialty: Polysomnographer/Sleep TechShift: 3x12 Nights (1)Average Daily Census: 2. Beds: 4.Years of experience REQ: Minimum 1 year experience required.First-timers accepted: YesWeekend REQ: NoCerts REQ: BLS & RPSGT required.Is on-call REQ? No.Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? No.Open to accommodating block schedule? No.Locals accepted: No- must live >100 miles from facility.RTO Restrictions: Ideally no more than 5 days.Guaranteed Hours: Client may cancel up to 3 shifts at any time for any assigned Aya Candidate without any penalty or obligation to pay Aya for such cancelled time. On-call hours do not count towards the guaranteed minimum hours.Special Requirements: Hospital & Independent Lab experience preferred. Required Study Type Experience: Baseline Sleep Polysomnography, Seizure Study. Required Equipment Experience: ResMed, Respironics. Required Mask Fitting Experience: Full Face, Nasal Mask, Nasal Pillow. Required Monitoring Skills/Experience: Cardiac abnormalities, ECG, EEG, O2 Saturation, Periodic Limb Movement (PLM), PSG, Respiratory Inductance Plethysmography (RIP).
