*Wynhoven Community Care Center* is seeking a *Weekend RN Supervisor*

*Essential Responsibilities*
* Demonstrates leadership and has the ability to organize, plan and supervise the Nursing Department in coordination with other resident services.
* Demonstrates the ability to adhere to departmental budget.
* Maintains effective interpersonal relationships.
* Implement changes as determined by the Nursing of Director.
* Must demonstrate ability to follow policies, procedures, practices, and direction without the direct supervision of the Director of Nursing.
* Must demonstrate ability to evaluate the geriatric resident's needs and implement systems.
*Qualifications*
* Current Louisiana Registered Nurse (RN) license.
* Demonstrated leadership skills.
* Ability to work weekends.
* Current/active CPR certification preferred.
* Long-term care experience preferred.
*Other Qualifications*
* Has not been excluded from participating in Medicare and Medicaid programs.
* Maintains eligibility to participate in Medicare and Medicaid programs throughout employment.
* Participate in pre-employment and annual Tuberculosis screening.
