Summary
At AAA, our Team Members strive to deliver amazing service and help our Members outsmart lifes roadblocks. We believe everything you do outside of work adds to who you are at work. This position is responsible for performing tire replacement and tire repair on medium truck commercial vehicles as well as farm and agricultural vehicles.
Essential Responsibilities

  • Dismounting, mounting, balancing, and repairs of commercial medium truck tires.
  • Operate all related equipment and tools as trained
  • Perform air check services for customers and commercial accounts as needed.
  • Properly complete all field order paperwork for work performed in the shop or on site in the field
  • Always maintain and clean and safe work environment
  • Proper jacking/lifting of commercial equipment and vehicles for tire service purposes.
  • Note: May require travel to different locations on an as needed basis.
  • Dismounting, mounting, balancing, and repairs of farm and agricultural tires, implement tires, industrial tires, and multi piece wheels.
  • Safely operate a service truck and perform service calls to customer accounts yards or on highway as needed.
  • 24hr emergency service call opportunities available.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

  • Effective at operating independently as well as with a team as the job duties require.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills in the language(s) required for the role, as justified for business necessity..
  • Ability to work scheduled hours as necessitated by business need.
  • Math and computer skills with experience using software applications including word processing, spreadsheets, browsers, and email
  • Member service focus.
  • Commercial Tire Service Background a plus.
  • Knowledge of equipment/tool operation in commercial truck tire industry.

Education & Experience/ Licenses & Certifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent certification (GED)
  • Valid driver license and acceptable driving record
  • 4 to 6 years experience in commercial tire service
  • TIA Level 200 Certification in Commercial Tire Service

Work Environment/Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift and or carry up to 50lbs
  • Standing, bending, kneeling, pushing, reaching, lifting, climbing ladders
  • Exposure to loud noises
