*Job Overview:*

_We are seeking compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our Rehabilitation team. The LPN will provide high-quality nursing care to patients undergoing rehabilitation, working closely with the interdisciplinary team to support patients' recovery and overall well-being. This role requires a dedicated professional who is committed to enhancing patients' functional abilities and quality of life._

*Key Responsibilities:*
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
* Monitor patients' vital signs and report any significant changes to the healthcare team.
* Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
* Provide wound care, catheter care, and other specialized nursing interventions.
* Support patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and mobility.
* Collaborate with physical therapists, occupational therapists, and other rehabilitation professionals to facilitate patients' rehabilitation goals.
* Encourage and assist patients in performing therapeutic exercises and activities.
* Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation techniques and strategies to promote independence.
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care, including progress notes and treatment records.
* Communicate effectively with the healthcare team to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
* Participate in care conferences and provide input on patients' progress and needs.
* Adhere to established nursing protocols, policies, and procedures.
* Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients by following infection control guidelines.
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

*Qualifications:*
* Graduate from an accredited LPN program.
* Must Reside 50+ Miles Away.
* Current and valid LPN license in the state of KS or compact license.
* At least 2 years of experience.
* Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
* IV certification.
* Ability to read telemetry.
* Strong clinical and critical thinking skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team.
* Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.

*Shift:*

3x12 Hr. Days or Nights (Both Available - 4x Openings for Days / 5x Openings for Nights)

*Duration:*

13 Weeks

*Pay Breakdown:*

$1,332.00 per Week ($540.00 Taxable & $792.00 Tax-Free) ($37.00/Hr. Blended Rate)
