We are passionate about our clients’ success in the areas of Employee Benefits, Property and Casualty Insurance, Retirement Plan Services, and Wealth Services. - Act as an essential member of the client consulting team, collaborating closely with clients, carriers, and internal departments.
- Complete administrative tasks and maintain project plans, aligning with client lifecycle goals.
- Support client meetings by preparing agendas, materials, coordinating resources, and organizing documentation.
- Oversee the carrier/vendor marketing process, including preparing RFPs, analyzing products and contracts, and assisting with new vendor implementation.
- Develop financial skills by contributing to benefit plan analysis, benchmarking, design, and cost-saving strategies.
- Provide benefits enrollment support, manage inquiries, assist with compliance documents, and coordinate the annual Form 5500 filing.
- Manage billing issues, update internal files per standards, and ensure CRM accuracy.
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
- Prior internship or other work experience demonstrating increasing levels of complex work, autonomy, and client service skills
- Preferred course work may include healthcare/human capital/human resource management, health economics, risk management & insurance, business management, marketing and finance, advanced mathematics
- Excellent Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- State Life and Health license required within 90 days of joining

Salary range is $70,000 to 80,000 per year based on experience.
