Your Role:

As a Physical Therapist at Elevate Physical Therapy, you will:

Provide Exceptional Care: Evaluate patients, set goals, develop personalized therapy plans, and deliver high-quality treatment.
Engage and Educate: Communicate effectively with patients and their families, providing education and encouragement to support their rehabilitation journey.
Collaborate and Innovate: Work closely with an experienced team to ensure comprehensive patient care and contribute to a positive environment that works cohesively to problem-solve.
Maintain Excellence: Uphold high standards in documentation, patient interactions, and approach to treatment.

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

Current (or eligibility to obtain) Physical Therapist license in Illinois; new grads welcome to apply
Commitment to providing high quality care

Enthusiasm and interest in professional development in order to provide the most up to date treatment approaches that offer the best outcomes

Pay Range: USD $78,000.00 - USD $88,000.00 /Yr.
