NaphCare is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) just like you at the Spokane County Jail located in Spokane, WA. Full Time Day Shifts, Full Time Night Shifts, Part Time, PRN, and 8-13 week temporary contracts are available Pay rates range from $42.00 - $56.71 per hour based on shift, FT, PT, PRN, temporary contract, site needs, and experience.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities for Registered Nurses (RNs):

Take and document all patient history and vital signs.
Perform and document all patient history and vital signs, mental health screenings and/or evaluations.
Respond to and initiate care for medical and mental health emergencies.
Assist with daily triage/sick call, minor medical/surgical procedures, patient assessments, examinations and/or treatment.
Initiate and document prescribed protocol agreement.
Respond to and initiate care for medical emergencies within the facility.
Observe and evaluate the performance of the licensed practical/vocational nursing staff.
Qualifications:

Qualifications for Registered Nurses (RNs):

Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse license in FL
Valid CPR card
Minimum of 1 year clinical experience in a healthcare setting, with correctional healthcare experience preferred
Position may require he/she to stand or walk for long periods of time while performing duties
