Description: Oncology Registered Nurse

RN/Oncology
Start date: 3-4 weeks out per compliance tier
Ratios: 1:3-5, BMT 1:3
Years of experience REQ: 1

RTO Restrictions: no more than 7 days of RTO per 13 week contract

Special Requirements: - Patient diagnosis: Medical Oncology: solid tumor: lung, breast, pancreatic; BMT (not needed by TN) leukemia, bone; chemotherapy, radiation therapy (not for TN, post treatment care of the patient); average stay 3-5 days; BMT 96 beds (not TN unless has experience) - Special Procedures/Unit Details: IV starts , administer chemotherapy (not by TN), trach care, no vents, accessing ports and central lines, stem cell transplantation (not by TN); BMT (not TN unless experienced); Does not need chemotherapy administration / infusion experience - Special Equipment: CAD pumps
