We are currently seeking a full-time or part-time Massachusetts Independent Licensed Clinical Therapist to join our Network.

Compensation:

The salary range for this position is $64,300 to $114,300 per year. The role is also eligible to receive bonuses based on performance. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, licensure/certifications, scheduled clinical hours, etc.

Requirements:

LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC, with a clear & active license in Massachusetts.
Minimum of two years of clinical experience
Experience with health psychology.
Experience with couples or family counseling.
Self-motivated, ambitious, and able to quickly build rapport with clients.

Telepsych (or Telehealth) is the delivery of counseling by mental health professionals via secure video chat. Clients can meet with clinicians from the comfort of their own homes. Why would someone choose to use Telepsych?

Convenience: No more scrambling to get to a therapist’s office. No travel time also means there’s no problem fitting an appointment into your busy day.
Effectiveness: Many studies have demonstrated that online counseling can be as effective as in-person counseling.
Privacy: There’s no chance of running into anyone in the waiting room when you’re meeting your therapist online.
