Join us and be the welcoming face of our brewpub

Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
Manage reservations and waitlists.
Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.
Maintain a clean and organized front of house area.
Assist with answering phone calls and providing information about the brewpub.
Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Handle guest inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
Handle take out orders in person, online, and call ins.

Required Qualifications:
Previous customer service experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
1 year of hosting experience.

Work Environment:
Fast paced, large brewpub environment.

Physical Demands:
Ability to stand for long periods.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to navigate stairs.

Work Schedule:
Must be available to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Compensation:
Starting at $12 per hour plus tips.
