This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent clinical knowledge, and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care. In this role, you will assist with various dental procedures, prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, take X-rays, and provide chairside support to the dentists. You will also educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.

Responsibilities:

Assist the dentist during dental procedures
Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment
Take and develop dental x-rays
Provide patient education on oral hygiene and post-operative care
Perform basic laboratory tasks such as pouring models and trimming impressions
Schedule patient appointments and maintain patient records
Manage inventory of dental supplies and order new supplies as needed
Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and HIPAA regulations
Supervising experience (Required)
Medical coding
Leadership Skills (Required)

Requirements

Radiation Health & Safety Certification (Required)
Minimum of 2 years of dental experience
X-ray certification
Experience in a leadership or supervisory role
Strong clinical skills and knowledge
Knowledge of medical coding and billing procedures
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Ability to work well in a team
Familiarity with dental software and technology
