Courageous Kids, LLC. is seeking an energetic and compassionate pediatric physical therapist to join our team. We are a local nonprofit organization located in Cordova. We currently offer physical therapy, speech therapy, occupational therapy, and feeding therapy. We also offer support and advocacy to our caregivers. We believe in a whole-child, collaborative approach to pediatric therapy. We are trauma-informed and use the evidenced-based TBRI model of care.

Our mission is to create a path of hope for our patients by working closely with family members, teachers, and physicians to meet our patients' physical needs.

We partner with two non-profit organizations to minister to those less fortunate. This includes donating equipment, collecting items and volunteering locally.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR PHYSICAL THERAPIST
1-year of experience in pediatrics or related experience in physical therapy

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS & ABILITIES OF PHYSICAL THERAPIST
Knowledge of pediatric theory and practice
Excellent oral and written communication skills for effective communication of information
Positive interpersonal skills and ability to function in an interdisciplinary environment

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES OF PHYSICAL THERAPIST
Evaluate patients and provide evidence based therapy services
Plans and implements effective and appropriate treatment so that functional outcomes are achieved.
Completes documentation, meeting company standards for content, accuracy, and timeliness.
Includes family/caregiver in patient care and provides effective education and documentation appropriate for learning needs of patient and family.'

'Work Location: Cordova or travel of preferred zip codes.

Mentorship available on-site at all times.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $44.00 - $52.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 40 per week
