Description:
A TEKsystems financial client is seeking a contract-to-hire IT Program Director to support the organization in addressing Matters Requiring Attention (MRA) from the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC). This role involves coordinating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) across various domains to ensure focus and accountability during meetings. The IT Program Director will work closely with product managers, partners, and business units to develop market-ready solutions within a product framework. Responsibilities span from project discovery through execution and post-go-live support. While specific MRAs are not yet defined, they are anticipated to involve fund reconciliation and money movement between our client and their partners. The role will primarily engage with the risk and compliance capability team and banking operations, with support from engineering as needed. The initial focus will be on collaborating with stakeholders and business-side personnel. The candidate must understand the distinction between product and initiative roadmaps and the factors influencing them. Additionally, they will help craft communications to the OCC.
