Cognizant is looking for a Xpression Analyst with at least 10+ years of experience in developing customized product for our clients. Cognizant needs a motivated individual to challenge the status quo and provide thought leadership/standard methodologies to enhance our current services and technologies.

Location: Richmond VA or Remote
Work Authorization: You should be legally eligible to work for any employer in the US without the need for a sponsorship now or in the future.
Responsibilities:
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
• Manages integrated functionality, usability, reliability, performance and support requirements of a system.
• Creates feature test strategies and environment needs.
• Provides the link between the technical and business views of the system by ensuring that the technical solutions being developed will satisfy the needs of the business.
• Applies and mentors use of tools to define requirements.
• Anticipates and identifies opportunities for improvement.
• Ensures high level designs including architecture requirements are accurately documented and map to approved requirements.
• Assists in developing training documentation and proactive identification of additional documentation needs.
• Must have experience working with OpenText xPression.
• Must have experience using xDesign v4.6 to create and update templates (minimum of 3 years hands on experience).
• Must have experience using xPresso for MS Word v4.6 to create and update templates (minimum of 3 years hands on experience).
• Must possess an expert level understanding of Microsoft Word, specifically using tables, styles, multi-section headers and footers, page and section breaks, and images.
• Must have an intermediate understanding of xPresso for Adobe InDesign 4.6.
• Must have experience working with MSSQL and XML data sets.
• Must have experience working on an Agile team.
• Must have experience with Atlassian JIRA.
• Must have experience with Atlassian Confluence.
• Able to use xAdmin for the following tasks.
o Create, update, and test multi-stream Output Profiles.
o Deploy (migrate) configuration changes on request.
• Able to use xDashboard for the following tasks.
o Create, update, test and break-fix Job Definitions.
o Troubleshoot letter publishing symptoms escalated from Engineering Team or identified via system monitoring tools.
Required Qualifications:
• Requires BA/BS in information systems or related field;
• 3 or more years related experience or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
• Certifications preferred.
Salary and Other Compensation:
Applications will be accepted until 9/12/2024.
The annual salary for this position is between $102k to 140k depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
