*Respiratory Therapist Duties:*
* As a respiratory therapist, you treat residents with temporary or chronic respiratory conditions.
* You will conduct diagnostic tests to determine the respiratory conditions of your nursing home residents.
* You will create and maintain the respiratory section of resident care plans.
* You will provide therapy to improve the respiratory conditions of your residents.

*Respiratory Therapist Qualifications:*
* Bachelor's degree or higher.
* Knowledge of physiology and the respiratory system.
* Licensed and credentialed.
* At least one year experience in long-term care.
