Landmark Fordisseeking to hire an Administrative Support Person to assist our growing Body Shop. The ideal candidate would have previous body shop office experience, computer literacy, and CCC estimating system experience.

Job Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet customers
- Answer all incoming lines
- Assist customers with insurance claims
- Schedule repairs
- Manage the paperwork flow for the repair
- Daily contact with customers regarding repair status
- Insurance Billing and follow up for prompt payment
- Technician Payroll
- Maintain departmental accounting reports
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Exemplary customer service skills are a must
- Bodyshop experience preferred
- CCC and/or CDK experience preferred
- Must have computer proficiency
- Detail oriented
- Analytical, process and solution oriented
- Good communication and customer service skills
- A positive attitude and professional appearance
- High level of integrity and professionalism
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Must pass pre-employment screening
