- Daytime shift, 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
- Work in full scope of license with a lot of autonomy but with supportive and knowledgeable team
- Inpatient care only
- Additional moonlighting opportunities available
- Ideal candidate will be a team player with experience in inpatient settings as an advanced practice clinician
- Compensation is between $126,417 and $158,838 per year
- The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them.
- Comprehensive benefits include health, vision, dental and retirement

Providence Centralia Hospital is a 127-bed hospital serving a mixed rural and suburban area in southwest Washington. The dedicated providers and staff are known for taking their time with patients while working collaboratively with each other to provide the highest quality of care. Centralia is a semi-rural community of 16,000 in scenic southwest Washington.
