Associate and Occupational Health RN - Registered Nurse

Responsibilities Manage operations for respiratory, sleep disorders and/or other services. * Implement departmental goals, standards, and objectives which directly support the strategic plan and vision of the organization. * Assess quality of patient care and coordinate patient care services with patients, staff, physicians, and other departments. * Manage staff relations including performance management, staff satisfaction, conflict management and other job related issues. * Oversee scheduling, recruitment and payroll. * Prepare and monitor departmental budgets, regulatory compliance, departmental contracts, and vendor relations. Requirements Licensure / Certification / Registration: * BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. * One or more of the following required: * Respiratory Care Practitioner credentialed from the Indiana Respiratory Care Committee obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. * Respiratory Therapist specializing in Registered credentialed from the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) obtained within 12 Months (1 year) of hire date or job transfer date. Education: * High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Technical degree required. Work Experience: * 3 years of experience required. * 1 year of leadership or management experience required.
