* On-Call: Optional, with a $5.00/hour compensation and an additional $100.00 when called into action.
* Stay Over: $100 bonus for covering 4 hours due to call-outs.
* Acuity Need: Additional compensation for high acuity shifts: $100 for 4 hours, $200 for 8 hours, $300 for 12 hours.
* Compensation: $33-$36 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications:
* Licensure: Active North Carolina RN licensure.
* Experience: At least one year of nursing experience preferred.
* Training: Required training completion within 90 days of hire: 12 hours of Person-Centered Thinking.
* Driver's License: Valid Driver's License.
* Position-Specific Training: LSCI, SCM, Ukeru training as required.
Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive patient care.
* Administer medications and manage treatments.
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.
* Educate patients and their families on health management.
* Perform essential tasks such as venipuncture, specimen collection, wound care, and suture removal.
Experience:
* Minimum of two years of RN experience preferred.
* Proficient in medication administration and dosage calculations.
* Experienced with electronic medical record systems.
* Strong communication skills essential for team coordination and patient interaction.
Requirements:
* Licensure: Valid RN license in North Carolina.
* Certification: BLS certification; ACLS certification preferred.
* Physical Capability: Capable of safely lifting and moving patients.
* Infection Control: Well-versed in infection control standards.
* Work Environment: Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
