Anchor Behavioral Solutions has been a leading NJ State-approved Behavioral Support, ABA, and Community-Based Support services provider for over five years. ABS acknowledges the ever-evolving needs of the families we serve, so we strive to provide services supporting a well-rounded continuum of care. ABS maintains an administrative structure that allows for prompt staff support, service quality assurance, and both staff and client satisfaction. ABS is currently seeking a licensed LMFT, LAC, LSW, LCSW, or LPC to join our IIC team that meets the following criteria.

Intensive In-Home Therapist Responsibilities:

Provide in-home/community counseling (IIC) to children and adolescents with emotional and/or behavioral needs.
Provide services based on an individualized treatment plan to stabilize and prevent a higher care level.
Provide behavioral interventions and behavioral management.
Ensure complete and timely documentation of all activities.
Therapists will use short-term, evidence-based practice/interventions to counsel children/adolescents per their needs.
Participate in child family team meetings as necessary.
Schedule Monthly supervision/meet with Supervisor Monthly to discuss current and upcoming family visits.
Ability to respond to client and work communications promptly.
Collaborate weekly with case managers regarding the family/youth’s progress status.
join our IIC team that meets the following criteria.

The LCSW should be available between the hours of 11am-7pm. Also, must be willing to work in the community and maintain a certain number of billable hours. The LCSW will be responsible for completing all Biopsychosocial Assesments.

Qualifications and Skills

Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
Master’s Degree or higher required
Licensed: LMFT, LAC, LSW, LCSW, or LPC (bilingual-Spanish Speaking a plus)
Driver’s License and reliable transportation
Willing to travel
Dependable, creative, and enjoys helping others.
Ability to prioritize projects and great problem-solving skills.
Bilingual (Spanish, Creole, Sign Language, etc.) is a plus.
Must consent to a Criminal Background Check
Must have basic technology skills & maintain access to a mobile device or PC to complete job requirements

Part-Time (fee-for-service)

Work as many hours or as few as inclined, ability to increase or decrease caseload, free supervision; pay is exclusively for direct service hours, paid orientation/mandated trainings.
