At Faith Hospice, we recognize that hospice nursing is hard work and so incredibly rewarding We have support systems in place through EAPs, open door managers, and the opportunity to attend (and be paid for attending) monthly support meetings hosted by our Bereavement Manager, if desired.

What Will You Do?

As a Hospice Response RN:

This is a part-time position working every other weekend: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, 9pm - 9am
Salaried as a part-time position
Visits on the weekend include crisis visits, patient visits and/or admissions in the community and in hospitals.
When no visits in the community are needed, this RN assists the care team at our beautiful inpatient hospice residence called Trillium Woods

Education and Experience

RN licensure in Michigan
At least 2 years of med/surg or acute care nursing experience
Hospice and/or hospital experience preferred
Passion for hospice nursing
