## Overview
We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician. *Notes:*8:30 AM - 5 :00 PM 5 x 8 hour shifts Every other weekend required No Holidays or On-Call Home Care position to travel within Monmouth County

## Duties
- Conduct patient assessments and collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information accurately
- Assist with medical procedures and provide patient education
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Ensure compliance with infection control policies and procedures
- Utilize electronic health record systems for documentation

## Qualifications
- Must hold a valid LPN license in the state of practice
- Experience in emergency medicine, sterile processing, acute care, and patient assessment preferred
- Proficiency in administering injections and working in a Level I Trauma Center is advantageous
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and coding systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare setting
