Your New Role As a Commercial HVAC Technician:*

* Diagnose and repair advanced commercial air conditioning systems and controls.

* Flex your problem-solving muscles to maintain optimal customer satisfaction.

* Engage in continuous learning through manufacturer and safety training.

* Uphold our high service standards, backed by your strong customer service skills.

* Competitive base pay of $28 to $33 per hour, with most Commercial HVAC Technicians earning between $80,000 and $100,000 annually.

* Earn 3% of the revenue from your completed jobs.

* Weekly pay and one week of vacation starting, increasing to two weeks after three years, with major paid holidays and optional supplemental Aflac insurance.

5+ years of HVAC experience, preferably with a focus on commercial projects.

* Outgoing personality that thrives in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.

* Strong organizational, planning, and follow-through abilities.

* Exceptional customer service skills, including active listening and relationship building.

* Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and authorization to work in the U.S.
